If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase,
please return the items 10 days from the time they were delivered. Returns
after 10 days become a Final Sale.
Buyer
pays return shipping. Return shipping is non-refundable. Merchandise
must be free of perfume or smoke odors, make-up, stains, tears and broken zippers. Merchandise has to also be unworn, undamaged and in its original condition, with price tags
intact and not altered and it must include the original invoice in order to receive a
refund. Accessories, jewelry, custom/special orders, one of a kind items and clearance items are not eligible for a refund.
Please
pack your merchandise securely and purchase insurance. We are not
responsible for lost, stolen or damaged packages. Refused packages will be treated as lost and therefore will not be eligible for returns, exchanges or store credit.
- If you are not using
our online Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) feature, then please e-mail us at info@AldijanaFashions.com to request a return authorization.
- If you are using our
online RMA feature, then please follow the instructions in your RMA
Authorization Instructions e-mail. A refund will be issued upon receipt
of the returned and eligible merchandise. If
a product is returned as defective, but is not found to be defective
upon inspection, we will return the product to the customer at the
customers expense.
Our merchandise is inspected before shipping. Zippers are tested before shipping and we do not sell merchandise with damaged zippers and broken teeth. It is your responsibility to be careful when trying on our clothing. We will not accept returns for broken and damaged zippers.
Loose beads and thread and color that doesn't look the same as on your monitor does not count as a defect.
