We will gladly accept the return of products as long as they meet our Return Policy.  

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please return the items postmarked within 10 days from the time they were delivered.  Returns after 10 days become a Final Sale

- All Clearance, One of a Kind items, Socks, Intimates, Gift Certificates and Cosmetics will be a Final Sale.  Final Sale items may not be returned or exchanged.  No exceptions. 
- Buyer pays return shipping.  All shipping charges are non-refundable.  
- Merchandise must be free of perfume or smoke odors, make-up, stains, tears and broken zippers.
- Loose beads and thread or color that doesn't look the same as on your monitor does not count as a defect. 
- Merchandise has to also be unworn, undamaged and in its original condition, with price tags intact and not altered.

Returns will not be accepted without an authorization number and the original invoice.  Please log in to your account and use our Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) feature and follow the instructions in the RMA Authorization Instructions e-mail.  A refund will be issued upon receipt of the returned and eligible merchandise.  

Please pack your merchandise securely and purchase insurance.  We are not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged packages.  Refused packages will be treated as lost and therefore will not be eligible for returns, exchanges or store credit.
